It has been a long time in coming, but we finally made it.  We are now able to bill insurance on our behalf.

We are in network with several companies including:

  • Blue Cross - 
  • Samaritan Health
  • First Health
  • Providence
  • Lifewise
  • Pacific Source
  • Oregon Health Plan

    • We are still pending with:

  • ODS Health Plan
  • Aetna
  • Cigna
  • Triwest
  • HMA

    • If your insurance group is not listed and you would like for us to bill direct – call us.  Allow several months to complete the application process. We can bill as out-of-network if you desire.
