HISTORY
Donna Bella opened it’s doors in September 2006 with one simple objective in mind – bring proper fitting bras to women. Sure it included lovely sleepwear, cushy robes, seductive bustiers and all the trimmings – but at the core it was all about bras.
The owner, Susan McMahon, was one of those “hard to fit” gals, and knew the frustration of surfing the departments stores with no real satisfaction. But then a wonderful thing happened. She found herself living in Ireland where a whole new world opened up to her.
The first realization was that cup sizes really don’t stop at DD. A little visit to the neighborhood lingerie store and at 50+ she found the first bra that ever really fit, and the best part – it was beautiful. Fit never felt or looked so good!
Returning to the US and finding herself facing a retirement that she wasn’t really ready for meant the birth of Donna Bella Lingerie and the ability to share this life altering experience with other women. Product designed and developed for life and function while providing incredible beauty as well. What could be better! Come, discover for yourself the beauty of a proper fitting bra!
